Quinceañeras

Court choreography, a dedicated changing room, and lighting that matches the theme.
Room for a full court and choreography, a changing area, and a layout built around the traditions that matter to your family. Come in early to decorate — just let us know ahead of time if you're bringing confetti or anything else that needs extra cleanup.

Corporate Events

Holiday parties, banquets, and appreciation dinners for LaSalle County companies.
A straightforward space for company holiday parties, retirement dinners, and appreciation nights — theater or banquet-style seating, on-site bar service, and a team that handles setup so you're not managing logistics on top of the guest list.

Diaz Banquet Hall Event Center is family-owned and operated right here in Mendota. We built this hall to give LaSalle County a place for its biggest days — and we're on-site for every one of them, from setup to last dance.

We're set up for anywhere from 25 to 200 guests, and we reconfigure the room to fit your event.
Do you provide tables and chairs?
Yes — tables and chairs are included with every rental.
Is a kitchen available?
Not yet — kitchen access is coming soon. For now, catering runs through outside vendors or Diaz Grocery Catering.
Can we bring our own food, or do we need a caterer?
